The practice is registered with most medical aid schemes across South Africa.

 FEES

 Sessions are charged at Medical Aid rates. The consultation is payable in full at the end of each session, via EFT or cash. A portable speed point machine will be provided onsite for card payments and banking details will be provided on the invoice for EFT payments. All invoices are provided by the practice. We do provide sliding scale payments, please feel free to inquire about this in your first consultation.

NOTE: The fee for consultation/sessions as of 2023 is R 1135.60 for Discovery Health Medical aid scheme. NOTE also: that this rate varies depending on the medical scheme, please confirm fee and cover with your medical aid. All sessions are invoiced for submission to medical aid. There is also a cash payment option available. You will remain personally responsible for settling the account. Delayed payments for sessions will not be accepted due to medical aid fund strains or conflicts.

Cancellations: please ensure that cancellations are communicated 24 hours before the appointment. If the appointment has not been cancelled 24 hours before the appointment, you will be held liable to pay in full.
