Individual Therapy is a process through which an individual works one-on-one with a registered mental health professional in an environment that is confidential, safe and supportive. It provides a space where individuals can navigate and explore their personal beliefs, thoughts, feelings and behaviours that impact their sense of being. It also, allows for the identification and exploration of various aspects of life which are challenging and confusing. Therapy helps you better understand yourself in context and set personal goals that work toward a desired change. Individual therapy helps you talk about your thoughts, ideas, feelings, and concerns, as well as organize, and make sense of your thoughts and feelings. A therapy hour is 50- 60 minutes in length

It is a process that not only helps you make the right decisions for your future but also provides you with the knowledge and skills you need to make career and life decisions.
Career assessment is the process of ascertaining what career paths best suit you, with Psychometric assessments that measure your personality, skill sets, & aptitudes. Different assessments are centred on specific areas of an individual, such as your likes and dislikes, what is important to you, motivating factors, environmental preferences and your strengths and areas of development. These sessions are longer in duration
Similar to individual therapy, couples counselling offers a safe, and confidential space where couples in a relationship, married or otherwise exploring the dynamics of their relationship can do so with an objective third party present. Communication, healthy relationship building, boundary setting, current challenges and future difficulties, improving intimate relationships are some of the aspects that are explored in the sessions.
